Ralf began his career in 1988 at Bank of America in Frankfurt, Germany, at its Foreign Exchange and Money Market trading desk. In 1991, he moved to Deutsche Bank trading Foreign Exchange Spot. Over the years at Deutsche Bank, his increasing responsibilities included heading trading desks in Frankfurt, Paris, Tokyo, and New York City. By 2000, Mr. Sellig earned the position of Managing Director, running Deutsche Bank's Continental Europe Currency trading desk for spot, interest rate and option trading.
At the end of 2004, Mr. Sellig took over responsibility for the Global Spot Foreign Exchange business for Deutsche Bank based in New York City.
